Providing our initial offer is of interest to you, we will then move onto conducting a detailed feasibility study of the site. This will help us confirm the development potential and value of your plot. We will then make you a firm offer by way of an option agreement.

Solicitors instructed and option agreement signed, we now get to work. Our specialist team use their wealth of knowledge and experience to prepare highly detailed planning statements, reports, surveys, and designs to construct the most robust planning application possible.

Fantastic news, planning has been granted. We will now work with our builder partners towards exercising our option with you. Once we have secured you the most suitable collaborator for the project, the sale completes, and monies are transferred by the solicitors.
