Chris is an experienced property professional and entrepreneur. With 18 year’s experience in the real estate industry, specialising in planning gain with over 120 successful sites under his belt to date. Chris also retains an involvement in property development projects, either as a partner or advisor. 

Chris is also an experienced tech entrepreneur, in 2013 he began building software driven solutions to development site prospecting which continues today. 

With over 20 years in real estate, David is a highly experienced Property Lawyer specialising in property development; and who routinely deals with complex property transactions. As well as residential and commercial conveyancing, David deals on a daily basis with property development and specialist lending, acting for both lenders and borrowers as well as joint ventures, land promotion and options. 

The nature of the transactions he deals with often require a pragmatic and problem solving approach to get the deal done. 

Ben spent many years working in Real Estate at management level , dealing with all aspects of the market, including residential, land and new build developments. He then went on to work in a number of senior positions within the Property Industry in a business to business capacity, and has spent the last few years working in the property technology space. 

Ben is very experienced in negotiating property/land transactions and prides himself on finding the best outcome for all parties.
